About ordering Secure MP3 Players and Accessories |
Each institution in participating agencies will be responsible for ordering, managing inventory, and selling secure MP3 players and accessories used in conjunction with the Music service applications.
Institutions will designate users to access an ordering screen through the publically accessible website described below. Users will create an account on this website where he or she will purchase secure MP3 players and accessories making payments via agency issued credit cards.

Register and Log in

1. Access the https://store.corrlinks.com website.
The following screen will appear: 2. Enter
Username. 3. Enter
Password. 4. Click the
Register New User link. The following screen will appear: 5. Select Customer Type.
6. Enter Email
Address. 7. Re-type Email
Address. 8. Choose a
Password. 9. Re-type the
Password 10. Enter First
Name. 11. Enter Middle
Initial 12. Enter Last
Name. 13. Enter full
Billing Address. 14. Click
Register. A verification email is sent to the email address provided. The
message will look as follows: 15. Click the
link inside the email message. The following website will be accessed: 16. Click the link
to the login page. The Login screen will appear. 17. Enter User
Name and Password. 18. Click Login. |
Order Secure MP3 Players and Accessories

1. Login to the
MP3 order site at https://store.corrlinks.com. The following
screen will appear: 2.
Review information about new items. 3. Click
Skip. Go To Item Order Page. The following will appear: 4. Select the
Location Code. The Shipping Address will be populated and disabled. The
Billing Address will be populated based on the user login. 5. Enter the Expected
Receive Date. 6. Change the
Billing Address if necessary. 7. Select an
Item. The Description and Cost fields will be populated and disabled. 8. Enter the
Quantity of packages to order. The Extended Cost field will be calculated. 9.
Click
Add Item. The item will be added to an Item grid as shown below: 10. Click the
Remove link in the grid on the desired record to remove an item from the
Items Grid. 11. Continue to
Add or Remove items. 12. Enter the
Credit Card information. The Name on Card field will be populated and
disabled based on the user login. 13. Click Place
Order to place the order. An order confirmation message will appear. 14. Click OK on
the order confirmation message. 15. Click History
to view a history of orders placed by the logged in user and print Invoices.
The following screen will appear: 16. Click the
View link on any order. The following Invoice will appear: 17. Print
Invoice if desired. 18. Click Close
to return to the History screen. 19. Click Close
to return to the Ordering screen.

Reset Password |
To Reset a password, a user must enter the First Name, Last Name, Zip Code and Email address as entered on the registration screen. If all fields match the stored record, the password will be reset and the system will automatically send an email message to the user. Only after user clicks on the link embedded in this message, will the new password be effective. 1. Access https://store.corrlinks.com website.
The following screen will appear: 2. Click the Forgot Password link. The following screen will appear:

Enter all required information. 4.
Click Reset. A message will be sent to the email address linked with
the account information entered. The email message will look as follows: 5. Click the link provided in the email message to access the website. |

the Help link in the top right corner. The help documentation will open as a
web page in a separate window as shown below: 3. Click the X in the top right corner to close the help web page. |
